Caballo de Mar access controls
Today we are here to tell you about another new feature of Caballo de Mar Campsite for the start of the 2023 season on 1st April. This year we will install access controls at the gates of the campsite. And how will we do it? By means of the identification bracelet of the campsite, allowing that only our customers can use these accesses, and therefore, only they can make use of our facilities and services.
Sometimes, controlling the entrances and exits can be difficult: a person watching each door, curious people who in summer come in to "take a look"... We inform you that this is going to be different for the season we start, being much more rigorous thanks to the help of technology.
The identification bracelets of Camping Sènia Caballo de Mar
As you probably already know, we have always used identification bracelets to identify who our guests are. Also, since last season, these bracelets have gone a step further towards innovation and exclusivity. They all have a small chip that offers you a multitude of advantages, as a matter of fact you can pay with them! You can top up your credit at reception (you pay there and it is immediately charged to your wristband), so you don't have to carry your purse or wallet around all day. Are you at the swimming pool and fancy a soft drink or a slushy? That's no longer a problem. You don't have to worry about where to leave your things, nor do you have to go back to the accommodation to get cash. You can go directly to the bar-restaurant and pay with the bracelet you always wear. And if that's not convenient enough, using the bracelet to pay will get you discounts!
So, using this same bracelet that allows you to pay and get discounts, you will also be able to use the accesses to the campsite, facilitating the entrances and exits on all sides. The same wristband will be active throughout your stay, allowing the computer system to detect that you are staying at the Caballo de Mar and allowing you to pass through automatically at all times.
New access to the car park for greater tranquility
In addition, and closely linked to this new feature, we inform you that starting with the 2023 season, access to the campsite car park will no longer be from inside the campsite, but will have to be accessed by going around the block. This change is made in order to favour the rest and comfort of our guests, a fundamental objective of the Sènia Group. Indeed, it will avoid a lot of noise from opening and closing doors, and thus ensure that all our customers can have the rest they deserve. Therefore, after turning around to park your vehicle in the car park (in case you don't have a parking space in front of your accommodation or on your plot), you will be able to shorten the way on foot by entering through the manual access thanks to the identification bracelet.
