General advantages of booking your holidays with SENIA Cancellation Guarantee
- The cost of the guarantee must be paid at the time of booking.Once is paid, it is not possible to refound it.
- The SENIA Cancellation Guarantee covers the reasons explained in this document and includes the reimbursement of the payment made (with the deduction of the management costs 15 € and the cost of the guarantee itself).
For what reasons can I cancel the reservation?
Low season : From 15th June 2024 (except Easter) and after the 15th September 2024
- After deduction of the cost of the reservation fees (€15) and the cost of the Cancellation Guarantee, a change of dates will be possible in a period also in low season, for any reason without the need for proof, as long as you inform in writing to the campsite with a minimum margin of 2 days before the arrival date.
- In the event of an accident with the vehicle or its breakdown during the journey to campsite on the same day as arrival. For this you will have to show proof (crane, certificate, etc.)
High seaon: Remaining dates
- Due to serious illness, serious accident or death of the reservation holder, legal partner, or one of the direct ascendants or descendants, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.
- Death of a sibling of the reservation holder.
- Due to bone fractured accident and home rest medical indicatication of of any of the members of the reserve.
- Serious material damage to the property home of the reservation holder that requires your presence.
- Total theft of the vehicle or caravan, or accident during the journey to the campsite.
- In the event of obtaining a new indefinite employment contract through the employment service and having been registered for more than a year.
- Due a dismissal, the loss of the reservation holder's job, in contracts of more than one year.
When and how is the amount refunded?Low season cancellations
- If the reason for cancellation is included in the causes mentioned above (remaining dates), the entire amount paid will be refunded, deducting the cost of the reservation (€15) and the cost of the Cancellation Guarantee itself.
High season cancellations (for stays thet include 1t least 1 day of high season)
- The 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, deducting the cost of the guarantee, and 15€ management fee when the events described on this page are communicated to the
campsite by email at least 30 days before the arrival date.
- When the events described on this page are communicated in writing to the campsite less than 30 days before arrival at the campsite, we will refund the amount already paid, deducing 15% of the total amount of the reservation, the cost of the guarantee and €15 in administration costs when the events described on this page are communicated to the campsite by email at least 30 days before the arrival date. In case the events are communicated less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, 30% will be deducted.
- In the event that any of these reasons arise during your stay, and after communicating it in written and through email to the reception desk of the campsite the same day of departure, we will refund 75% of the amount corresponding to the unused days, deducing the cost of the guarantee and €15 in administration costs.
- If the reason for cancellation is not any of those mentioned in this document but is notified at least 30 days in advance, the amount paid may be recovered as a discount for another stay within the same year. The second stay must be of the same amount or higher than the first.
What is not included in this guarantee?
- It does not cover damages derived from war, strike, nuclear or radioactive effects or terrorism.
- Does not include damage caused directly by the reservation holder or other companions registered in the reservation.
- It does not cover damages caused by suicide of the owner or members registered as companions in the reservation.
- Any reason that has occurred before contracting the guarantee.
- Partial cancellations. It is not allowed to partially cancel a reservation by changing it, either by shortening dates or reducing the number of people or services.
- It does not include the reimbursement of the paid amount if the reason is a chronic illness.
- Neither does it include as a possible reason for a refund, an illness due to depression that leads to an hospitalisation of less than 3 days.
- It does not cover the cancellation of the reservation for damages caused by meteorological causes.
How can you request the cancellation of the reservation?
You must send an email before the initial date of the reservation, indicating the reason for the reservation, the reservation number and the supporting documentation to the corresponding e-mail address:
