In 1970, in the picturesque coastal town of Pineda de Mar, Sènia was born as a part of the Catalan Marquès Morrell family. This deep-rooted experience has allowed us to understand every facet of this fascinating world of camping. As we faced challenges, we realized the difficulty is in approaching them from a single perspective. With this was born the idea of Grupo Sènia, a network of campsites with the ability to face any challenge that arises, thanks to the collaborative work of people dedicated to people. This approach allows us to generalize concepts among the various establishments of the Group without losing the unique essence of each one of them. - Integrated Management (from 10 years): With this model, the property makes the investment while Sènia is in charge of the integral management. Compensation is structured on the basis of a percentage of sales, together with incentives linked to profits, ensuring an equitable and motivating relationship.
