Sports Promotion Policy

For sports enthusiasts, at Grupo Senia you will find the perfect combination: Nature and holidays.

Senia campsites offer a multitude of sports opportunities, both activities in the middle of nature and at the sea:

Campings Senia and water sports:

• Diving. Discover the immensity and richness of the seabed of the Mediterranean coast. At Camping Sènia Cala Gogo Internacional we have the Diversub diving school on site, right on the beach to which the campsite has direct access.
• Snorkeling. Both in Maresme and on the Costa Brava there are several places that are perfect for snorkeling. We recommend Cala Sa Boadella just a 7 minutes' walk from Camping Senia Tucan; Cala Canyelles 200 metres from Camping Senia Cala Canyelles; or Cala Ses Torretes to which Camping Sènia Cala Gogo Internacional has direct access.
• Swimming. Our campsites on the coast are the most recommended for practicing this sport. Their location close to the sea makes it easier to access a beach where you can swim freely, and these campsites have larger pools.
• Kitesurf/windsurf. Sant Pere Pescador beach, very popular for its length and width, will make you fall in love with its completely unspoiled environment. Perfect for sailing sports such as windsurfing, or for those addicted to kite surfing. Camping Senia Riu is a 20-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car (parking is very easy and free).
• Kayaking. It is a fantastic sport for many reasons, but the main one is that you can reach places that cannot be reached on foot: unspoilt coves with crystal clear waters such as those near Cala Canyelles and Cala Gogo. Or discover the natural landscapes along the banks of the Fluvià River in Sant Pere Pescador up to the beach.

Camping Sènia and sports in the middle of nature:

• Hiking. If you want to be close to the sea, we recommend that you do the Camino de Ronda hiking route, which you can start from Camping Senia Cala Gogo Internacional, Senia Cala Canyelles or Senia Tucan. For nature lovers, they can discover the enchanting routes that surround Camping Senia Rupit, or visit the Els Aiguamolls de l´Empordà Natural Park near Camping Senia Riu, or the Montnegre Natural Park, near Camping Senia Caballo de Mar.
• Road bike/MTB. There are many places and routes to ride within the Catalan geography. From the Senia campsites, there are many special cycling routes to explore the Costa Brava, Maresme and Rupit.
• Other sports. Some of our campsites have paddle tennis court, mini golf, beach volleyball, trampolines, scuba diving, snorkeling, petanque, table tennis, tennis, kayak and paddle surfing. And in every case you can use the multisport fields.
