1: Terms of booking conditions for camping pitches
Deposit: This will consist of 30% of the total amount. The rest to be paid 15 days before arrival. If this payment doesn't take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay. This amount will be deducted from the fnal bill. If by 12.00 noon on the following day of the arrival date booked, the customer has not checked in yet, he will lose all his rights of the booking and the deposit.
Pitches: A concrete number of plot can not be reserved (if you have add in your reservation MySpace Camping). Upon arrival, you will be told which one you are getting.
The campsite has the right to cancel any reservation if it is proved that the details given in the application form are incorrect.
Some services (Mini Club, Entertainment, Chill Out,etc.) might not be available all the season .
The prices include VAT. Touristic Tax not included.
Prices automatically include €1.00 for a given charity. Customers who do not want to make this donation, have to inform the campsite at the moment of the booking.
The camping reserves the right to refuse a booking within the 3 working days following the date of the reservation. In this case, the camping would inform the customer in writing and within the delay specifed. Max. 6 persons (adults or kids with their parents) per plot.
IMPORTANT: Passport or National ID is needed to access the site.
In order to improve security, and to get access to some free services, it is compulsory to wear bracelets on the campsite premises at all times.
DOGS: Dogs are prohibited all season in all accommodations except where explicitly indicated. Only one dog is allowed per reservation. The owner of the dog or the person who made the reservation is solely responsible for the behavior of the animal. In case the campsite detects bad behavior, it reserves the right to expel the owner or holder of the reservation, without the right to reimbursement of the days not taken.
2: Terms of contract for Mobile Homes, Tents and Bungalows
Payments: Except for some special offers, conditions are: 30% to pay when booking. The remaining 70% has to paid 15 days before arrival. If this payment doesn't take place, the campsite has the right to cancel the stay. In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. The dates of the stay cannot be modified. The camping reserves the right to replace the accommodation for an equivalent or closely similar standard accommodation due to circumstances that are outside its control (accommodation not usable, major repair etc.). A maximum number of occupants applies for each chalet type and cannot be exceeded. If before 12 midday of the day following the scheduled arrival date, the customer hasn't checked in and the campsite has not been notified of any delay, the customer loses the reservation and any right to reimbursement of the amount paid. In this case the camping will have the right to hire the accommodation to a third party. A specific Mobile Home or Bungalow is not reserved (except if MyHouse has been booked). Some services (Mini Club, Animation, Chill Out, etc.) may not be available all season.
The campsite may cancel a reservation if it is found that the data detailed in the reservation request does not match the actual data.
Check-in time: between 16h and 22h. Departure time: before 11am.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse a reservation within three working days of processing. In this case the customer will be informed in writing, within those three days.

All Mobil Home and Bungalows include water, electricity and gas consumption. The parking of a vehicle is included.
IMPORTANT: You must be in possession of a valid ID card or passport on arrival. Without this documentation it will not be possible to access the campsite.
In order to increase security, and to access the free services of the campsite, it is mandatory to wear identification bracelets inside the campsite at all times.

3: Terms and conditions of contracting specific MySpace Camping pitches
1. It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of the campsite
2.The pitches will be available for the customer from 1 p.m. on the agreed arrival's date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 12 midday on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival's date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure's date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.
When making your reservation, indicate the number of people and also select MySpace. Indicate in comments which plot number or preferences you want and wait for the response from the campsite.
The campsite guarantees that the customer will be able to occupy the assigned pitch during the stay foreseen in the contract, except in case of unsolvable force majeure, in which case the total amount paid as administrative costs for MySpace Camping will be refunded.
4: Conditions of the contract for lodgings MyHouse.
1.It is personal and non-transferable. It is regarded as binding once the 1st payment is received. No change in the dates nor the people will be allowed unless prior authorization of the campsite.
2.The lodgings will be available for the customer from 4 p.m. on the agreed arrival’s date. The customer has to leave the pitch by 11 am on the agreed day of departure. In the event that the customer arrives later than the agreed arrival’s date or leaves the site earlier than the agreed departure’s date, the total for the entire stay will not be modified.
The campsite guarantees that the customer will be able to occupy the assigned accommodation during the stay foreseen in the contract, except for reasons of force majeure not solvable. In this case, the full amount paid as administrative costs for MyHouse will be refunded.
5 Cancellation guarantie
The Sènia Group proposes hiring a cancellation guarantee that covers, under certain circumstances, the reimbursement of all or part of your stay.
- The subscription to the cancellation guarantee package is strongly advised. The cost of the Cancellation Guaranteemust be fully payed at the time of the booking.
- Group Sènia will not refund for any reason not covered by this guarantee.
- All started stayings will be paid in full.
