The campsite is located on the banks of the Fluvia river, which runs through the charming town of Sant Pere Pescador. The river flows to the pier of our campsite, so if you have a boat or Jet Ski, don't forget to bring it with you.

From the campsite you can reach the beach by following the banks of the river. It's barely 1.5km away so you can get there navigating the river as well.

The river is the trademark of Camping Senia Riu and that is because you can enjoy a wide variety of activities such as kayaking, fishing, etc.

In addition, the banks of the river hide beautiful and charming natural landscapes. If you are a nature lover you will find it to be a magical place!

The Fluvià river runs for 70km between Collsacabra and the Mediterranean, through the regions of La Garrotxa and Alt Empordà. It crosses the natural parks of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa and the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, as well as the towns of Olot, Besalú or Sant Pere Pescador.

In Sant Pere Pescador, you can follow an itinerary around the Fluvià River, the ideal spot to be surrounded by nature and observe animals such as otters if you are lucky. This path includes landscapes of fruit fields as well as native and wilder vegetation.

Like the natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, the Fluvià River is a privileged environment to discover bird species while they are swimming or flying. The itinerary is very pleasant as it crosses protected areas; it still offers a natural and wild aspect and atmosphere. At the end you can see the beach, where the river slowly flows into the sea.
